comments: Hi, Not long back from Tenerife, me and my boyfriend had a brilliant time! Went with aronasol, they did us a good price and the rep look afterus while we were there.
Santa Maria is a lovely hotel! totally spotless!!!! didnt havent much dealings with the hotel staff atall, but they looked ok! haha We never ate at the hotel, were told it was a bit pricey, and we did see that when we looked at the menu. We arent the kind that like to hang about hotels though, we love getting out and exploring. So many places to eat and drink at! you would never starve!!
The apartment we had was lovely! when we arrived though, there was a awful smell of smoke in our room! i honestly thought someone was still in there! and our frezzer was being defrosted, wet towels laying on the floor. but the cleaning girl came in not long after and was sorry for leaving it. no harm was done. overall we would return!!! great postion for beach! resturants! shops etc...

comments: i went to this tenerife with my mum and stepdad and brother the weather was excellent and so was the hotel, the staff were ok and did try to help. the apartment wasnt one of the cleanest iv been too but it was nice and it was cheap. there was lots of space and i really enjoyed myself. its a great hoiday and i recommend it to many.. oh arona sol anr great for bookin with

comments: We have stayed at the Santa Maria many times over a 15year period, both on package deals and in private apts. The staff have not changed much in all that time and are helpful, polite and multi lingual. There is security staff on door and the only time we have seen a problem ( roudy customers in next apartment) the staff dealt with it immediately and evicted the tenants immediately.
We were there in January this year and will be back again later in the year. The neighbourhood is quietish but a 10minute walk or 5min taxi ride takes you into centre of Playa de las Americas

comments: Myself and 2 friends booked with aronasol and stayed at mare verde in july and had a fab Holiday! was clean, rooms were basic but spotless and were cleaned everyday. The food was really nice and well presented with a great choice! Staff were great really helpful and friendly,what i liked was that there was a mixture of people ranging from families to oaps, singles to couples. The entertainment was really good day and night with lots of activities goin on in the day! Pool sides were spotless! The apartment was only a 10 minute walk into the main nightlife in Las Americas but also far enough out of it if thats not what you want. I would definately recommend this complex and will certainly be going back!

comments: just back. found complex in good location. 200euros deposit which you get back so it did,nt bother us. there was 5 adults and three grandchildren in two spacious rooms. the rooms were cleaned every day everthing worked etc shower, bath, loo, air con, fridge. asked at reception for extra pillows got them straight away, most staff good, a couple of the bar staff a bit grumpy. good choice of food some was, nt as hot as it should be, but if thats all you have to worry about. first day ran out of cups and glasses, next day you get them then find a seat. what entertainment they had was alright but i think it will be better in high season. pool was good it was cold but alright once you were in. because of the shape of the building you had to judge where you were going to sit to get the most of the sun thats not a criticisam its common sense. tickets for towels is a good idea,stops people from stealing them for souvenere,s. all in all we had a very good holiday and would go back and wud book again with arona sol

comments: I would like to say after reading all the reviews i totally agree with the positive feedback for aronasol, this was the best holiday iv ever had and am very impressed. Me and my boyfriend will 100% be returning back to tenerife. We had the best holiday of our lives and didnt want to come home. Never had any problems, thought the pool was fantasic and the rooms. Was so close to bars and the beach is well reccommended!! I honestly dont know how people can have such a bad review about this its worth more than a 4 star hotel :) and i think they clean far to much and the food was fantasic...and this is coming from 2, 22 year olds!!

comments: We arrived at the Guayarmina, first thoughts were very nice, We paid £300 for a suite, which was beautiful inside, very modern. These are situated at the front of the hotel, overlooking the cul-de-sac, the noise at night however was HORRIFIC, we were kept awake every night by shouting and music blaring. We were travelling with a 4 month old baby, & needed boiled water to make her feeds, they do not allow kettles in the rooms, we had to ask for hot water from the coffee maker each time she needed a feed making up. Overall the hotel was clean and the food was very nice, I would not recommend this hotel if you have small children, they were not very well equipped at all for babies. I would not go back, but was ok for a last minute break.
